Take 5 mins to pause. . Calmly + intentionally be aware of your breathing. . Feel yourself grounded where you’re sitting or standing. . Acknowledge the sounds around you + let them be in their place. . As you inhale, pray- I receive Your mercy As you exhale, pray- And I find Your grace.
