It's the week leading up to Easter Sunday. If you're looking for a way to make the next few days a time intentional presence with the Lord, this may be for you. Each day, Monday through Saturday you'll have a Reflection, Prayer and Act.
Reflections include a Psalm passage and a passage from John recalling this week of Jesus' life.
Prayers are influenced from the Psalm of that day and can be prayed to the rhythm of your breathing you enjoy Breath Prayers.
Act sections are ideas for simple acts to take within your community and/or personally based on the days reflection.
